Return:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at 904-964-3888 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Requirements for a Refund
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must be returned with all of their original packaging and accessories.
- Items must not be assembled or modified in any way.
- If a customer returns an item because they dislike it, it doesn't fit their needs, or they did not read the description/dimensions correctly, they will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

A return shipping cost estimated at $2.25 per pound will be deducted off your refund if:
- You choose to have us pick up your return from your residence or delivered address.
- You refuse delivery for any reason without consent from afo.furniture
- You refuse an entire shipment because only a part of an item is damaged.
- The delivery address you provided was invalid and the order could not be delivered.
- You choose to cancel your order and it is past the cancellation timeframe.
- If an item does not fit in your home and/or through your door.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Delivery Information
- Delivery Hours: Standard deliveries occur Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm. Special requests outside these hours may incur additional charges.
- Acceptance and Inspection: An adult must be available to sign for your furniture delivery. Please carefully inspect all items upon arrival, and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- Delivery Protection: For your peace of mind, all deliveries are insured during transit. Insurance only covers damage reported at the time of delivery. Nationwide Furniture and the carrier are not liable for unreported issues.
- Documentation: To assist with any issues, please photograph damage. It's essential to accept and sign for all items unless instructed otherwise by Nationwide Furniture. We'll address any defects, missing pieces, or incorrect items with a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate.
- Property Care: Please protect your floors and walls before delivery. Nationwide Furniture and the carrier cannot accept liability for damage to your home.
- Appointment Changes: Missed deliveries may result in a redelivery fee (approximately $0.75 per pound). To avoid a rescheduling fee, please give us at least two days' notice if you need to change your delivery date.
- Clearing the Delivery Area: Ensure the delivery space is clear. Our team is unable to remove existing furniture.
- Storage: Items held in our warehouse for over 30 days will incur a $50 per piece, per month storage fee. Please note that some furniture sets consist of multiple pieces.
Tips to Avoid a Return
- Prior to placing your order please make sure that the item you are ordering will fit through your door and in the space where it will go. If it doesn't the delivery company may have to leave the product right outside your door, on a porch or in a garage.
- If your item arrives with minor or cosmetic damages due to shipping, don't worry. We can attempt to replace the damaged parts on the product so you can avoid returning it.
Cancellation Policy
To make sure you receive your order as quick as possible we process all orders the moment they come in, for this reason orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any fees.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus a return shipping fee at an estimated $2.25 per pound.
- If you cancel, return, or exchange only part of an order that included a package discount, you will forfeit your package discount and be credited less the amount of the discount.
- If there are backordered products on your order and you choose to wait for the backordered products to become available, we will make payment to the manufacturer to ensure that the products are reserved for you when they become available and not sold to anyone else. Your order will be considered a "special order" and therefore cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
