Shipping policy

Products that are in stock will be shipped out within 2 business days and transit times can be anywhere from 5-8 days. 

We use FedEx, UPS, and 3rd party freight carriers. 

Products not in stock will be ordered from vendor and time of delivery will be confirmed with client upon purchase. 

Shipping Options for Small Items (Small Parcel)

These items are compact and suitable for shipping via UPS or FedEx. Depending on the item, available shipping options may vary but typically include:

  • 1-Day Shipping: Receive your order within 1 business day after shipment.
  • 2-Day Shipping: Expect delivery within 2 business days of shipment.
  • Ground Shipping: Your order will arrive within 7-14 business days after shipment.

Large Parcel Delivery Service Options:

  • Standard/Economy: Scheduled delivery to the outside entrance of your home or building at ground level.
  • In-Home Drop Off: Scheduled delivery to the immediate entryway inside your home.
  • Room of Choice Delivery: Scheduled delivery to your room of choice on any floor.
  • White Glove Delivery: Room of Choice + Full Assembly & Packaging Removal.


Delivery Process for Large Items (Large Parcel)

Ensuring your order arrives promptly and in top condition is our priority. For items too large, fragile, or heavy for UPS/FedEx, we partner with specialized large parcel carriers dedicated to furniture delivery. We meticulously select the best carrier team to handle your delivery from start to finish, guaranteeing its safe and sound arrival.

Delivery Process:

  1. Choose Your Delivery Option: Select your preferred delivery option for larger items during checkout. Options may vary based on the item, and all choices will be presented at checkout. Find more information about our Large Item delivery options [here](insert link).

  2. Shipping Notification: Once your order ships from the warehouse, expect an email notifying you that your order is in transit.

  3. Local White Glove Delivery Carrier: Your order is professionally transported by a Large Parcel carrier to a White Glove Delivery Carrier in your local area, specializing in professional residential furniture delivery and assembly.

  4. Schedule Delivery: Upon receiving your order, the Local White Glove Delivery Carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

  5. Delivery Day: On your scheduled delivery day, our experienced delivery team will deliver your new furniture.

Shipping Status:

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order changes:
Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

Item not received:
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at nationwidefurniturefla@hotmail.com
